“The supplied parts were all fine, my only criticism would be that as it was a fairly large order everything arrived separately over a few days. It would have been helpful to know this would happen in advance as I wasted time trying to chase the rest of the order when only a few bits turned up initially”

“Brake hose I ordered was wrong for the car. I ordered the other side from a different supplier, and that was correct, so they were obviously able to figure out the right part from my reg number, even if GSF couldn't. Annoyingly, it was also late arriving in store for collection - extra frustrating when it turns out I was waiting for the wrong part.”

“Sadly the young lady who served me was useless. Of three items on the order she picked two incorrectly. I spotted one at the counter but got all the way home before spotting the other one was incorrect. Took the part back and then saw I had ordered and paid for the right part but she had picked the right one off the shelf. 45 minutes and fuel for retrun trip wasted due to a lack of care and attention or possibly training - she did takes ages to pick the wrong items.”
