“The anti-roll bar bush fitted OK despite the website saying not suitable for my car (obtained part no via VIN and this matched). On collection, only one person serving with 2 previous customers in shop then no extra staff came to serve when even more customers came in. Pre-paid order couldn't be found under front desk and staff had to go out the back to retrieve same part.”

“I was disappointed with the service with the click and collect. As I entered the centre a loud bell sounded when I opened the door so I thought someone would come to serve me, nobody for about 10 minutes. Delivery drivers passed by not one acknowledged me or got someone to serve me. I eventually opened the door again to ring the bell, still nobody. Finally, probably by luck, somebody served me.”
