“False advertising! on website states if order is in before 2pm it would be next day delivery & orders over £25 is free shipping, I ordered some items on the monday around 12pm,which came to over £50 and still had to pay £3.99 shipping, received half the order on the Wed and the other half on the friday, but kept being told by customer service they would be the next day! turns out wrong items were sent, spoke to customer service to be told I have to take them back to my local store, didnt occur to them there may have been a reason why they were put on delivery, which there is, I am disabled and cannot get about to much! Terrible service, will never use again!”

“The windscreen wiper for Tesla model 3 was an incorrect length. It fitted but snagged on the rubber. Customer service advised that the web site ordering was a guide only and it was up to the customer to check if he had purchased the correct part. How would I know if it fitted on. Refund was refused as the part was used. A very poor system and I find it hard to believe that GSF are still in business.”
