“I called into the local GSF to buy a couple of spark plugs. I was surprised to find that the on line price was a lot cheaper than the price I was quoted in the shop. I left the shop to place my order on line and returned the next day to collect. I don't understand why the on line price is different to the over the counter price. So 1 wasted trip.”

“Great product and friendly helpful service on collection. Website offered one price on shop page then when it came to pay, a higher price came up. Tried querying with south Plymouth branch via phone call but they couldn’t help told to call main number. No answer despite trying several times so resulted in me paying the higher price.”
