“Product was great and a good price. I did click and collect at the Camborne store and the service was shocking. I was left waiting for 5mins before anyone came out, even though they could see me, then someone eventually brought out my order after making some sarky comment about me calling through to them. So a mixed experience, with very unprofessional staff on that day.”

“Took advantage of a 30% offer off parts from GSF to get some spark plugs from them and save myself a fortune compared to the price my dealer tried to do me for after doing a "full service" last year, then phoning me, telling me everything was all done for the quoted price apart from 150 pounds to replace 3 (not 4) spark plugs LOL”

“Very poor, ordered a product, drove 25 miles to pick it up, and you gave my product to someone else. When it was completely opposite, so it can’t be mistaken. Clearly it can as you all made a huge mistake which cost me the job for someone else. Probably will never use you again, you did not give any compassion or even try to help in the best way. You said “what do you want me to do about it?” And all it was a sorry. But it’s clearly not good enough for a company like yourselves. Customer service should the no.1 priority clearly in this case it isn’t. Very disappointed”

“Ordered on line, received message that it would be ready Tue 10am, arrived to collect that afternoon and was accused of not placing any order. When she found the paperwork she said "the oils not hear and you have been told" - I wasn't. She then said that it would ready to collect Wednesday (first thing). As I had postoned the work I planned to collect on that Friday. On Thursday I received an email thanking me for collecting the order before I had returned to the store. Returned on Friday and a different member of staff could not (initially) find any paperwork. When I gave him the order he found it and produced all that I needed. This was only the third time (I think) that I have used GSF, will consider carefully if there will be a fourth?”
