“Ordered and paid for 4 sparkplugs online. Went to pick them up then to be told they only have three so had to drive 20 miles to the nearest GSF to get 4.”

“Ordered parts using Click and Collect and received an email from GSF explicitly confirming that my order would be ready for collection by 10:00 on Tuesday. I didn't arrive at the Portsmouth branch until around 17:05, so they had more than seven additional hours beyond the time they had given me. Despite that, the order still wasn't ready. I was simply told to try again the following day. That means another journey, more fuel and more of my time because GSF failed to have the order available when they said it would be. If you send a customer an email confirming that an order will be ready for collection by a specific time, the customer should be able to rely on it. If there is a delay, at the very least contact them before they make a wasted journey.”

“Ordered online, click and collect. System showed all parts in stock. When I arrived to collect only 5 of 6 spark plugs were at the store (on Saturday). Was told that the missing part would be in the store on Monday morning. Decided to call on Monday afternoon to check but parts were not in stock. Eventually turned up Tuesday afternoon. 3 stars because your staff were friendly and polite, otherwise would have been 1 star”
