“Looking for a new battery for my motorhome, found exactly what I needed with GSF and it came with 25% off so that was a extra bonu, ordered online it was easy and was then able to collect the battery when it suited me so very happy with the service and price and convenience. Would definitely recommend GSF.”

“It took me 20 minutes to get my part as the woman on the front desk was being very flirtatious, with one of the customers, very unprofessional as me and other customer waited, but when I got to the desk it took me three minutes to get my part that I had ordered online.”

“The person representing GSF at the counter is overlly abrupt, rude & intimidating at all times. He seems to think that he owns GSF or perhaps an active majority shareholder. He is particularly antagonistic, unfriendly & unhelpful. Surely, GSF can source a better suitable fit for the role of customer service dealings. Also, GSF is in the habbit of ignoring all customer emails. GSF assumes guaranteed market domination.”

“Ordered online on 18th April still not received on 9th May. Multiple emails and “live” chat but nothing. Customer service is non existent. In store purchase are always excellent but online is a joke. Don’t bother.”
