“The counter staff are pleasant. Thankfully told me to order the parts using click and collect to get the part around 20% cheaper. This process took an extra 4 minutes !”

“Placed an order set of brake discs brake pads and a can of break cleaner order some how got split in to 2 delivery’s and 1 item delivered one day and the next the following day which was an inconvenience for me as I couldn't finish the job till the following day as I had to wait for parts also the box was ripped open but luckily parts were okay .”

“h! ordered the parts online click and collect ,received a text saying it was ready to collect. Picked parts up from Doncaster ready on counter. staff on counter very polite and helpfull. The part exactly what i ordered good price and quality for over the counter parts now fitted well pleased with GSF shall be calling in again soon. very satisfied Thanks.”

“It’s much better dealing directly with the trade counter where the staff offer a very good service but on line preventing had quite a few issues. I had a text to say parts were ready for collection on a bank holiday which surprised me so I checked on line to see if they were open again to my surprise it stated open until 5 pm so I had a wasted journey when I arrived at 3:30 it was all locked up. It’s not the first issue I have had with the on line ordering. Other than this you offer a good service.”

“Ordered on the 29th Aug. For delivery stated at time of ordering on Wed 2nd Sept. (allowing for bank holiday). Ended up making 2 orders as never received payment confirmation for first order. Customer service takes 3 days to respond leaving me with a faulty car together with it's owner pushing for answers that I can't give!”
