“Ordered parts for a service of 2 cars, the first delivery was the oil and second delivery was the filters, I filled in the contact form twice to find out when the filters was going to be delivered but with no response. Would I order again online for delivery, the answer would have to be NO. I would however order online for collection.”

“I ordered a fuel filter for my car and GSF stated that it would fit my car however after fitting it to my car and pumping fuel through it didn’t fit and leaked fuel everywhere. They wouldn’t give me a refund because it had been filled with fuel. Just wish they would check it actually fits before false selling”

“very bad experience with this company. I must change my vans alternator. First the mechanic book one alternator online. I go first hour of the morning. But the alternator was no good. Then the mechanic spoke with GSF at phone, and order another one in his account. After I finished and I pay to garage, I was with my first alternator to refund. They refused, said this alternator is out of the box and now is second hand.”
