“Looked on the internet to buy the part and GSF was the best price. Went into their shop to buy it and it was more expensive. Apparently the price advertised was an on-line price which the shop could not give me. Whilst in the shop i had to order it on-line. When i saw it on the internet at no point did it state it was an on-line only price.”

“Ordering was easy, clear indication when my part was ready, but the wait and queue at the sidcup branch wes ridiculous, why can't you have a collection only part to the counter, instead everyone has to wait for enquiries etc”

“Had to wait for the order. When I arrived half the order was missing and had to be picked. Staff were rude and seemed to lack any sense of customer service. Won't be going back any time soon.”
