“Bought a part with click ’n’ collect. Email told me it would be ready to collect but after a long journey, it wasn’t there. I had to do the same journey the next day. Member of staff at the counter was very helpful though.”

“I received the message saying my items were ready for collection, drove to store paid for the items and 5 minutes later the member of staff that served me said unfortunately we don’t have your whole order. They gave me a refund and asked me to pay for the alternative. Keep in mind the refund takes 3-5 days to go back into the account. Should i have paid for the alternative items in 3-5 days after purchase?”

“I entered my REG for some front and rear brake pads on you website, selected the Delphi ones, checked they were definitely correct for my 25 plate Tourneo. I booked in with my mechanic for the morning to fit them for me, and had work booked for the afternoon on this basis. They were the wrong brake pads, my mechanic had to order the correct ones and fit them in the afternoon when they had been delivered so I lost £200 worth of work because you clowns can’t get the correct brake pads on your website. How are you going to make that right?”
