“Prompt good service as always but the rear wiper was wrong. But for 50p it’s not a problem 😂 many thanks to the team getting the other 4 wiper blades spot on 😊”

“Part sent was wrong, thermostat housing, 4 hrs labour just to put the old one back on so I could get to work, cannot refund as it was fitted for 10 mins”

“I needed a pair of Glow plugs fairly urgently, and I looked online to find that GSF not only had them in stock for same day pick up, they were £50 cheaper than euro car parts. I ordered at 6.30Am, an they were ready to pick up at 8.30am! Pick up was easy and they were fitted very soon after. I will definitely use again.”

“The disc pads I ordered have yet to arrive. The courier keeps using the excuse that no one was in which is rubbish, even when instructed to leave in the front porch, they can't even find the house. I will leave it a few more days and then get a refund and shop elswhere !”

“Wanted to purchase two Bosch wiper blades and get rear blade for 50p. Ordered online and when collecting rear blade was 3 inches to short compared to o.e blade. Was told rear blade for my car was NOT on special offer. WHY!!!! Not acceptable as web site was very misleading. Staff at Wolverhampton branch were very apologetic and so professional regarding the problem saying it was out of their control due to the website being wrong and it would not allow them to let me purchase the correct blade on the special offer !!!”

“Parcel received on time unfortunately in transit 1/4 of it had leaked .informed them of this and was told another would be dispatched next day.when It didn’t arrive,rang up and was told dpd had a full sedule and won’t deliver it till next day was annoyed at this as was going on tour next day .thus had to get a cheaper one to do me .”
