“Really long queue and I found one of the parts was broken when I opened the packet. Didn’t have time to go back and try to get another one so fitted it anyway as it was still functional just not very pretty. Online ordering was easy I just wish there was a quick checkout.”

“I ordered a car battery from GSF on Friday expecting it to be delivered on Monday, what a surprise it was delivered next day on Saturday. The battery was exceptionally well packed, with care and consideration as not to get damaged in transit. Lastly it was at a reasonable price compared to other car part outlet stores.”

“I ordered 2 Wynn’s dpf cleaner professional for click and collect. Upon collection I was told only 1 was in store. Even after showing I reserved 2 items I was told I’d have to order the other item for another date to be collected. I needed 2 so was a waste of my time”

“Ordered a LUK clutch kit on a Thursday ready for collection on the Saturday morning… went to collect after 10am as instructed… got there and it hadn’t been sent… by chance they had a Valeo clutch kit on the shelf and was offered that, Had no choice but to take it as I had that one and only day to fit it. Not very impressed to be honest. Will go to Nappa from now on I think.”

“Was very difficult to get in touch to resolve a damaged delivery item got a refund through a phone call but some bad advice online to try and reuse the battery which had no fluid in stall Left with a damaged floor where the courier had brought in to The house it was delivered a day early so I don’t get the opportunity to be there to recieve it or warn anyone what the delivery was for example.”
