“Friendly staff. The website showed the parts available at the local store and could be collected in 30 mins. After ordering it said to collect next morning after 10 am even though it was ordered before 2 pm. Minor inconveniance.”

“Good price online for items but long wait at sales desk to collect the part. One person on the sales desk is not enough and I had to wait 10 minutes to be served as I always do. Instead of expensive surveys, this company should employ more people on the sales desk.”

“The parts were spot on, but only because I'd called to validate beforehand. The website has been "updated" but it doesn't show all parts (couldn't find top mounts for front suspension on the site. Was given a part number by their staff and then it showed up. Didn't show under parts for my e90). Also couldnt find the l/s front suspension leg until i was given the correct part number by GSF staff. In addition, before you could see what the quality of parts were (Gold, silver, etc), but that has gone too. Now it just shows all brands in list order and some of these brands Ive never heard of so I didn't want to risk buying them if they were just poor replicas.”
