“Shocking service to a now ex customer. Bought a battery that was faulty and they knew it. Should have trusted my instincts when it miraculously became unfaulty after a 10 minute “boost”. Tested it at home and it was still faulty. When to replace it but because I’d ordered it click and collect they wanted to refund it and charge me more for it while standing in the store. Shocking customer service”

“I ordered a set of wiper blades. I took care to choose the best match on term of length. I collected from the store but neglected to double check I was being given the blades that I ordered. The blades were shorter supplied were shorter (& presumably cheaper) than the blades ordered & paid for. I fitted them because I was short on time. But overall, I wasn’t impressed that such an easy order was wrongly supplied.”
