“I made an order online and the next day when I went to pick it up they told me that the order is not ready (in the meantime I receive an email that the order has been picked up). The next day I go again and tell myself that they do not have the part in stock and if I do not want another brand but I refused that I had chosen a gold brand (premium). I don't recommend it anymore!!”

“I ordered an oil seal online for my car as it wasn't available in my local branch , I placed the order on 8th April and the delivery time was 2/4 days, today is the 21st April and I still have no delivery, I've contacted via email asking for a delivery date and they still haven't provided a date , absolutely pathetic customer service”
