Although I have no complaints with your parts or prices, my local branch always has an air of "cant be arsed" about the staff. If they are having a non-work conversation - and its easy to hear behind the counter, they will finish that conversation before serving the single customer waiting. Sometimes the counter staff appear in a mood and huffy with people doing click and collects - perhaps because they feel the internet prices undermine their store turnover compared with retail prices, but the attitude is sometimes poor.
Overall they are OK, but its not a particularly great retail experience - in my local branch anyway
