Responded to an email very quickly which was good - what wasn't so good was supply of incorrect parts, despite entering correct Registration Number when ordering (brake discs for 1.4 Tdi 2016 Fabia Estate).
Perhaps a better computers system to prevent this happening? No point in giving correct registration if incorrect parts then supplied.
