One of the items I ordered was out of stock but I was quickly refunded for the item and awaited my order. Unfortunately, this triggered my entire order to be cancelled (which I found out after talking to the very helpful CS advisor). Thankfully, they dispatched the remaining items straight away which arrived the following day. Very impressive!
