Parts arrived ok.
However, I was a bit lost at the use of will be delivered ‘soon’. To me, it meant on that day. Your customer service team said it meant on the advised delivery date. I hadn’t understood that, as I had clicked 2 to 3 day delivery.
I suggest the words ‘soon’ and ‘very soon’ are not used, as they are not measurable.
Same with ‘on time’ it doesn’t cater for delivered early.
