I ordered a new battery for my car online on 28/3/21 the order said the item would be delivered in 2-3 working days. I then had a email stating that it would be delivered before midday on 31/3/21. It did not arrive. After spending a couple of hours on the phone to the delivery company UPS I eventually managed to speak the someone who said it was not coming until 6/4/21. I explained that this was totally unacceptable and after stating I wished to make a complaint the operator said she would have it delivered on 1/4/21 . It eventually arrived at about 17.30 hours that day. The operator I spoke to blamed the delay on GSF for not stating the correct size or weight for the item. When the battery did arrive it was as described, well packed, a good product and I would say a fair price.
