First time I ordered for delivery as local shops did not have what I needed in stock. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Unfortunately with one item on my order, even though the chassis number was in range and the year was in range. All was good according to the website. But one item did not fit. Rear pads have a few variations on some cars. I was unable to change them at a store as they were all closed over Easter. I had to source the correct ones elsewhere. I returned the pads back to a local store for a refund only to be told stores cannot take in returns that were delivered. I now have to make phone calls to arrange to have the parts sent back to the warehouse possibly at my expense and having to wait ages to get a refund. I don't plan to use the delivery service again. Too much agro if anything is wrong. Collection from the stores are fine.
