Sent the wrong oil which is an honest mistake but trying to sort out when know one answers the phone and a week later still waiting for correct item through email conversation is appalling customer service. I have used gsf for many years but usually collect local but this time opted for free delivery due to stock level. Think I will stick with the collection option in future.
