Ordered 6 spark plugs. On delivery the package was partially destroyed and only 5 spark plugs remained (ParcelForce's fault, not GSF's). So I rejected the delivery. GSF were advised of this by myself, and by ParcelForce.
Cue a few emails from GSF explaining they were sorting it out. Then a few days later, a single spark plug arrived!
Explained the problem to GSF who apologised and promised to send the remaining 5. Then without any other communication, I was fully refunded!!!
Then a few days later, the remaining 5 spark plugs arrived.
TL;DR - they're a good bunch, just lacking in communication skills.
