The only reason i did not give it very poor was because i was able to collect. My items very quickly and efficiently. However, both times i have visited GSF the customer service has been the worst i have ever recieved. I was treated as if "how dare he come in here" i felt like GSF did not want my business, and rest assured it will not be recieveing it again until i hear your customer service has improved dramatically. I understand the company mainly deals with other companies and only caters to the public minorly. But you are still catering to the public. Therefore, customer service skills must be high. No matter what. Abysmall service.
