I reserved the car battery the night before (Friday night) it was at a good price, I turned up at the store at 10.00 o'clock to find two people in a queue outside and one person inside being served. I was not served until 11.15, I handed my order to the store assistant and in 6 minutes I was on my way with battery. Was I unlucky that only one person was serving due to covid19 and only person is allowed in the store and a difficult customer was being served That took over 45 minutes to sort. Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase, delivery was not an option given when I was ordering at the Tottenham branch.
