When reserved the parts I required a note said to check with staff as there was more than one possible part for the vehicle.
On arrival at the branch I asked if the fitment could be checked.
The staff could not have been less helpful.
The staff kept stopping serving me to answer the phone five times.
Unfortunately one of the items were incorrect and had to be returned.
The pricing system seems curious as the online price can be 60 percent of the listed price yet the item is collected from the store and pay at collection.
If you go in to the store without pre order you pay listed price for same item from the same shelf handled by same staff. The staff could be more helpful and a standard price system would be sensible
