I brought a pair of wiper blades but had to return one as I’d ordered the wrong one.On returning it the chap I dealt with let out a couple of heavy sighs and also swore at his computer screen as he was having difficulties getting it to do what he wanted.
It didn’t bother me particularly but other customers may have thought otherwise.
