I used to use the Kettering branch before it closed but now had to use the Northampton branch, where unfortunately I found the customer service to be very arrogant and rude, I would suggest the staff where to be trained to be more welcoming and polite to there customers trade or public.
I also found it almost impossible to park as they had there vehicles all over the place half of them looked to be just dumped wherever.
Overall not the best experience I have had with this company.
