Ordered a part Sunday evening, got a message just after to say my parts would be ready to collect in 30 minutes. Obviously just a generic message as they're not open Sunday night.
Then got a message at 8am ish Monday morning to say my order was ready to collect. Drove 20mins to ho collect as its my nearest branch and they couldn't find my items, so had to make a trip another day to go collect.
