I ordered my car parts on 18th of August, however they did not arrive until 24th August. When I sent an email asking where they were I was told that they were damaged in transit. I was advised by an operator that new parts would be sent out on an express delivery and arrive the very next day. I was more than happy with this as I know these things sometimes happen. Overall a good experience.
