Hi, I placed an order online for some spares, and it arrived as planned. One of the items was incorrect, as had been labelled wrongly in the warehouse. I spoke to Andre, who arranged the correct part for collection from Letchworth branch. (I hadn't realised Bedford hadn't re opened, as that one is only 5 mins from me). Despite the error, Andre was very good in sorting the replacement quickly, so I was able to get the job done.
