It is a shame that the only way that I could get the discount was online, although I collected the parts from the same outlet , that I had originally contacted. No delivery service because they were bought online, I would have willingly paid a delivery charge,but that was not offered. when I came to collect the parts, I had to wait, as they had not been identified or picked. The young lady was very helpful, but seemed to be virtually working alone, while various staff members stood about, looking anywhere else but at a waiting customer, while they ran their end of day time out. Eventually, after asking, she got some help. The price for the parts was excellent.
