when pattern parts are significantly different, requiring different bolts etc etc those parts need to be supplied with the part. When trying to return a part its best to facilitate this rather than try delaying tactics like requiring photos that will show you nothing, under distance selling rules you are required to accept returns regardless of reason, but when its incompatibility issues you should be offering to cover return postage not making it the customers fault and making returns difficult
