Website is excellent and finding parts to order is easy. Vast majority of the time parts are correct although I have received incorrect brake pads previously. The parts are never ready for collection even though an email is sent confirming they are ready to collect. On arrival the sales staff are very helpful but they only source the parts from the stores while you are in the store. This leads to delays especially during busy periods weekends.
