Excellent discount offer secured me KIA parts at trade prices … which were dispatched promptly and delivery tracked giving hour of delivery by Parcel Force within 2days of my order … v. efficient, v. fast - quality items too …. didn’t have to wait in all day waiting for delivery slot.👍 Due to my car being manufactured on edge of design change … air filter was wrong size … rang thru and got option to swap at Oldbury Unit an hour later - sorted smoothly without fuss … only drawback was had to get refund for original fuel filter thru head office 👎which took a few days … knocking one star off review as they were difficult to get thru to on phone … and didn’t email confirmation they refunded my card. GSF are excellent in many departments … will use in preference to Autodoc anyday …. and their price for 3 filters knocked £15 off Europart’s best discount price. Impressive.
