I don't normally write any reviews, but must say that when purchasing goods and returning the same goods. The customer experience was the worst I have ever had. On purchasing the chat just looked at me and said nothing when arriving at the till. I presented my order that I processed online for collection and there was little or no dialogue back from this chat. He collected the item and issued a receipt, then I asked " is that it" and his answer yep, no thank you. On returning the goods I had a different chap and he was just as bad. I think the sales assistants at this branch require retraining on dealing with customers. A hello and a friendly attitude would help.
