overall a good experience although the part I ordered did not fit despite that part being listed for my vehicle. Even though the part didn't fit it was unto me to either pay to return it or drop into the local branch, I don't really think it should be at the cost of the customer if you list the wrong part, nor do I think it is acceptable either to have to return to the local branch, I believe if it is the suppliers fault then they should fall responsible NOT the customer. However after 2 days the part had still not even been sent back to Birmingham to be processed as a return but my partner called the Birmingham branch and spoke with a guy called Darren who was extremely helpful and processed the return for me the same day.
