Order dealt with promptly however I never received the goods as they were damaged in transit and returned to sender. Got an email to say that I would be refunded once they had received the returned goods and that if I still wanted them I should re-order.
Would have expected to be told they would re-send unless I didn't want the goods rather than have to re-order (and pay again) also why do I have to wait until the goods have been returned before being refunded as they didn't even get close to being delivered.
