When the man finally took his eyes away from his mobile phone and got up too serve me, he didn't seem that he wanted too be there, he took my reference went away and came back with the service parts.
I pointed out that one of the items he picked was the wrong one. Again he seemed not bothered and a little confused he finally came back with correct item.
