I was promised the part would reach me on Monday, I even offered to pay the extra to make sure but was assured it wasn't necessary. The part didn't turn up... I wasn't notified of the delay, I spent ages on online chat to web manager who told me he couldn't guarantee a meowing delivery, despite it already being a day late. He also wouldn't create a new order with morning delivery and accept the other back as a return as this was apparently not possible. I explained how my car being in pieces at the garage waiting for this part was costing me labour charges and nothing was offered as compensation or an apology. I finally got the part on the Tuesday afternoon, making it too late to fit that day. Won't be using GSF again
