Item I purchased with supposedly higher discount worked out to be cheaper the following day with lesser discount. I emailed customer service for partial discount and was refused, luckily I took a screenshot and requested the manager to look at it. Following day a nice chap very professional (Justin) called me back to advise that the difference has been refunded. Delivery was spot on. If it was not the first persons refusal I would definitely give it 5 star.
