I recently, ordered a few parts that were arranged for collection. When arriving to collect the parts, I was informed that one of the parts ordered wasn't available as someone had incorrectly labelled it. I was informed to return the following day to collect the parts. I returned 1 1/2 later (enough time to get the part in) where I was informed that the part I wanted had been sold to a different customer and that my parts hadn't been "reserved" (funny, what is the purpose of online booking/collection system then?). Anyway, I was informed that a further part would be ordered and I should return the following day. During this period, i was receiving notification from the online reservation system that I hadn't picked up my order and the "reserved parts" would be cancelled. I did reply to the email explaining that i couldn't pick up the parts as they were incorrect. No response and still continued to receive "spam" emails informing me that collection had been cancelled. I returned two days later to the branch and finally collected the parts. The experience wasn't a pleasant one as not only did I need to return three times, but just seemed the system/processes aren't in place to deal with "reserved" parts..
