I ordered online on a Sunday after checking stock availability, and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there from the other side of town to find you're shut on Sundays! Why does your ordering system not account for when you're actually open, so it could have said 'Collection on Monday' for example? I had to make another trip the next day which wasn't that convenient.
