The parts I had ordered hadn't even been picked when I arrived to collect and pay.
This is despite a text message to advise that they were ready for collection.
Had to wait ages as the customer in front had a complicated enquiry. Eventually your colleague shouted for assistance, and one of the 4/5 employees sitting in an office staring into computer screens, that had been visible to me at all times, begrudgingly gave up his time.
Then a part that I had ordered couldn't be found, then someone else found it.
Much to improve I would suggest.
