I usually get a first-class service from GSFCARPARTS, but was left disappointed on this occasion. I ordered a pair of wiper blades for my car but when I came to fit them the universal fitting kit was missing from the pack. I also noticed the pack had been opened previously and taped back up, albeit poorly. I had to return to the shop the following day to get a new box complete with fitting pack. This was dealt with in a professional manner by the assistant.
