I ordered 6 items online and used the weekend offer discount code of 33% off that I received by email.
I received an email stating the items would be ready for collection in an 1 hour.
I arrived at store some 2 hours later and was told that they had not received my order.
Staff made a phone call which resulted in them telling me it there was a technical glitch and the order had not been passed to the store.
How surprised was I to then be told that I would have to pay full price for the items if I still wanted them and that 1 of the items was actually out of stock.
Shocking service to say the least. I decided to pass on their offer of paying full price and purchased the items at a competitor.
