I am not totally satisfied with the customer service desk from the online purchase, where a customer wants to track an order and it takes forever to answer the phone. Up till now, I haven't been able to track my order. I think you should include a track your order portal on your website so your customers wouldn't need to speak to anybody, if they are not going to answer the phone.
