Hi.
I reserved a whole load of parts online for click and collect and went to the heathrow branch to collect approx 3 hours after reserving and only to be told that the parts hadn't been picked as yet which was frustrating. Then when the gentleman picked the parts I was told that the brake discs I had reserved and was clearly told online were in stock were actually not in stock at all. This was even more frustrating as I had already arranged for a mechanic to carry the work out in my car and now no parts. In the end I had to settle for a cheaper version of the brake discs but dos not receive the same discount as I did online. Overall a very poor performance by gsf and to be honest the staff didn't really care about my situation.
