I ordered discs and pads via the website for my car. However your website allows single discs to be ordered. They are supplied as pairs, they are boxed as pairs, nobody changes a single disc on a car so why sell them in such a way? I decided on click and collect from my local branch. I collected and paid for them and went on my way only to get a phone call 10mins later saying I'd made a mistake when ordering and I needed to go and pay for an additional disc. The way I was treated by the staff was as if I'd tried to do it on purpose to get away without paying for a disc. I was so annoyed by this I asked for a refund. If your website made sure people were aware they were only ordering one (euro car parts website does highlight this to you as it happens) then this situation would be less likely to happen. I was quite dissapointed by the way I was treated.
