I phoned especially before placing the order online to find out what make of strut product would be supplied: was told it would be Lesjofors. Whereas in fact what has been delivered is SNG.
According to various online reviews Lesjofors is a superior strut product. SNG doesn't have quite such a good reputation, but it is by no means the worst.
Therefore on balance I've decided to keep the SNG product that was delivered.
BUT GSF DOES NEED TO REVIEW THEIR CUSTOMER CARE OPERATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THEY GIVE FULL AND ACCURATE INFORMATION.
