The delivery of parts was all good, ontime etc but there were 2 options on pads so I ordered both to return the wrong ones in store and this proves not possible and an absolute pain.
Returns reference needed which you apply for and this came quickly but also an invoice number & that I am still yet to receive. The whole process could be streamlined a lot here. Next time I will collect in store if at all possible.
