Reserved a wheel bearing online to collect the next day. Assistant bought item round and placed it on the counter. Immediately I noticed (written in very obvious black ink) "FAULTY PART" on the box!!! When I questioned this, the box was opened and it was discovered the part was indeed faulty and had been fitted previously! How did this item even manage to get to the customer without someone noticing this very obvious writing???!!! They did not have another one in stock and I was not even offered free delivery to my home or local store ( I had to travel 30 miles to northampton as they were the only ones with stock of the item). I was left with no option but to buy the cheaper and less durable 'standard' part. It goes without saying that I was exceptionally disappointed with my GSF experience.
