I must admit the customer service at euro car parts is a lot better, I had preordered online and went to pick up the parts at the heathrow branch. When it was my turn in the queue the only time the agent behind the desk spoke to me was to say "next" and did you order online, there was no customer service skill at all, the agent also just slammed my change back on the desk with the receipt, no Thankyou or even a goodbye. I was quite disappointed as I work in the customer service field myself. I do not think I will be using the heathrow branch again. Thankyou
