A very poor website, a poor customer service, at Coventry store there is one guy at the front desk , people are queuing for more than 20 minutes to be seen , and when you get to the front after 20 minutes the guy can’t help you as he is not trained properly, the staff in the back room can see the big queue but wouldn’t come to help even when they are doing nothing,
