In the end. after some effort, I got the correct part that I needed, which is the main thing.
Minor issues included that the price I was quoted on the phone didn't turn out to be the final price, it was only the price without VAT (which wasn't mentioned at all). Also due to the centralised phone number the part ended up being at a different branch than I had first expected (with a resultant wasted trip for me to the first branch), again nothing was mentioned. Also... etc. But in the end I was happy to get a good part.
