"Store opens 8 am" - not when the drivers are awaiting senior staff to open up they don't!
I arrived at 8 am, expecting a 10min wait at most, but key holders only arrived at 8.25am!
Even the drivers kept apologising, and it wasn't their fault! The drivers said they normally arrive at 7.30am to get the vans ready for deliveries, and any click and collect orders, but couldnt with mine, as no one there to open up. (Main manager on a Course, other guy couldnt be bothered opening up on time)
