Went to purchase a car battery I'd chosen and the price quoted was far higher than the online advertised price. In order to get the online price I had to sit in my car & place the order online, waited 15 minutes before going in to collect and pay the online price! Surely there has to be a better way.
Customer service at the branch was excellent, can't fault them :)
