I reserve items on line for collection in a couple of days... I then receive a mail offering a discount code ... great ... When I go to collect the items they can't offer the discount because I reserved the items without the discount code. I would have to cancel my click and collect order (on my phone while standing in the branch) and reorder with the code applied and wait for it to feed thought to the system in store. This is nuts if you're going to have an online presence it need to be tied up. The experience left me feeling I had received bad customer service.
